If a special scrub made of gram flour, flour and ghee can be used 1-2 days a week, then the dead cells and dirt accumulated on the skin over a long period of time will be removed, and the sunburn will be reduced. Ghee will nourish the skin and make the skin glow.
How to make it?
Ingredients:
Grain flour: 2 tablespoons
Flour: 1 tablespoon
Ghee: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: a pinch
Use a sufficient amount of raw milk or sour curd or rose water to dilute the mixture.
Method:
Mix the flour, gram flour and turmeric powder together in a bowl.
Now add ghee and mix well with your hands.
Finally, slowly add milk or curd or add rose water to the mixture. Remember that the mixture should not be too thin.
Method:
Apply it all over the body before bathing, especially on the elbows, knees, neck and where there are dark spots. Scrub gently and in circular motions for 2-3 minutes. Do not rub vigorously as this can damage the skin. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Then massage gently and wash off with lukewarm water.
